The moral disposition in education

At the University of Szczecin, representatives of various scientific disciplines meet annually to reflect on the phenomenon of moral dispositions also called virtues. These virtues are specific internal dispositions directing man towards the moral good. They are therefore an important category for the theory and practice of education and upbringing. This year the aim of the conference is the interdisciplinary exchange of views and experiences regarding the essence and importance of the moral dispositions in upbringing and education, with particular emphasis on responsibility, faithfulness and obedience. However papers may relate to other moral dispositions or human morality in general. To participate in the conference, we cordially invite researchers from various fields of science, including humanities and social science. The conference will take place on November 28, 2018.
